As much as I WISH I could control all that happens in life, I can’t—which isn’t a bad thing. I mean, who knows how that would look. 🙈 Let’s just say, a lot has happened. To sum it up: I was met with many unforeseen events, not to mention the surprises we’ve all encountered in 2020.

But despite all of it, there’s HOPE, which is why I just made a new post on my blog with some tips on how to get your hopes up. These are some tips that have helped me in the midst of life’s recent happenings.

Reading a book called, “The Power of Positive Thinking” and I’m learning so much about the limits we put on ourselves that nine times out of ten come from a defeated mindset.

A thing must first be conquered in our mind before it’s conquered at all.
