TO STAY IN OR GO OUT; THAT’S THE QUESTION.

I’ve had a bad case of #FOMO lately where I’ve tried to be at and do everything. I had to remind myself that I am not missing out on anything vital to my being and that it’s okay to make time to rest or do what I need to do. So, today after leaving brunch with a friend, and feeling the intensity of the wind, 😂 I decided that this is great weather to let go of FOMO and practice being okay with being still. I mean, I can read a book, finish a project, update my website or nap. Honestly the nap may win this one... I think my introvert is starting to show 🙃 , but in my next round of practice, I’ll make sure to get to something else on the list. 🙈

Christmas is here and family is near, I think, I hope! Maybe take time for you before it’s time to see to everyone else. YES, it’s all SO FUN! But so are we at our best!! 💆🏽‍♀️🥰🤍
