Happy… New Year!

I realize that I am a few weeks late with this post oops. Happy New Year! Happy 2021! We have finally left 2020; how does it feel?

Cheers to my first post of the new year, and I don’t have a topic perse. I just wanted to share my heart and talk a little about what’s been going on. So, let’s get started!

As you can see, I have a brand new theme! It took a little while for me to set it up and get things how I wanted them, but I am pleased with the final look. What do you think? I also have new headshots/pictures taken by one of my sweet friends, who happens to be a fantastic photographer! Her name is Melissa, and I think she did an excellent job!

I have also finally got my mailing list set up; the only problem is–I have no contacts! Can you do me a favor and subscribe to my mailing list? I will be sending out emails very soon, and I wouldn’t want you to miss out on any of them!! There may or may not be a release of another project I’ve been working on; stay tuned for that!

Lastly, the site is no longer called “The Fearless Journey,” although it’ll always be a part of it! I have narrowed it down to “Jasmine Nicole” because, why not? I hope that you like the changes and updates! Okay, I believe that covers the logistics of the site! Now for some life updates.

For a nice part of 2020, I was in a funk and kind of blocked. I’d lost my job and was unable to find a new one. I’m still “unemployed” in the sense of the corporate world, but I get to nanny again, which has been so much fun!! It’s also allowed me the time to read, write, pray, and think! I saw the loss as the end of the world instead of a redirection. I’ll share more on that in the coming weeks/months.

The latter part of 2020 was also beautiful in many ways. I can say the same for 2021! I, along with some sweet friends, have been remodeling my bedroom. It’s been fun overall. I say overall because the decluttering and the throwing out and getting rid of things wasn’t that fun, lol. But I am excited to see the final look, and I love what we’ve done so far! I feel like this year, for me, is about resetting. I figured I’d reset my site, and it was only right to include my room in the process.
